Logical
this is the first computer game I ever tried and it is AWESOME. I sometimes dream about it. Just when you thought you must have beaten it, it would take you to another level. The rules are always the same, but the games are all different. It took me almost six months to go through all 99 levels--and I admit I was disappointed when all I received were congratulations for winning the game--I think I was expecting cookies or some other baked good.

In this fun puzzler that's simple in concept but hard to master, the goal in Logical is to arrange the order of the colored balls to match the required pattern on the left of the screen (e.g. 4 yellow in a row) by rotating the two rails. Both puzzle savvy and reflexes are needed as the top rail quickly fills with colored balls which come faster with each new level. It's a lot of fun, and will provide many hours of intensive brain and reflex exercise. Replayability is limited due to a lack of random levels, but the included (albeit somewhat difficult to use) level editor makes up for this deficiency, and dozens of devious levels will keep you up many a night. Two thumbs up! Note: if you like the game, also check out Cat's Eye Chaos, a superb fanmade remake also reviewed on this site.
