Knights of the Sky
Knights of the Sky always was an old favorite for me. The combat is more arcade-themed than Red Baron, but still good. The benefit of this game is that you always will have enemies around to shoot down which makes for constant dogfights. Good stuff. Recommended for a challenge. It also uniquely had a modem system, allowing you to compete against other real live people (as long as their computer was networked up to yours).

A fun World War 1flight sim from one of the most respected flight sim developers-- this game's strength lies in its dizzying array of planes you can fly and good graphics (for its time). The campaign mode, sadly, cannot be compared to the venerable Red Baron, but is still interesting nonetheless. All in all, a solid flight sim that is not ground-breaking but is capable at what it does.
