As an old school fan of the franchise, I expected more
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a 2003 action game for all the fans of the four popular Ninja Turtles that took out every child's inner warrior and hero. The game is simple and has an interface that is easy to follow. You have three modes to choose form: story mode, that includes the singleplayer campaign, where you will battle against the artificial intelligence or with another player. The second mode is the VS one, with two combos, that resembles the MK game. The third mode is named Challenge, and here you have the freedom you want to.This means you are allowed to play whatever level you want to, no matter the order. The condition to unlock this level is to finish the singleplayer mode. The levels design seemed dull to me, but you will be impressed by the last ones from the graphics point of view. You will obtain new skills as you fight against an amount of enemies in some training levels.I have to say that I am an old school fan of the franchise and back in the old days, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hold a very special place in my heart. This game made me recall some of those moments, but not enough, though. I expected more from it, and some aspects were mediocre. But it's worth playing in your free time.
