Little known RPG but just as enticing as Fallout
I am one of those that are upset that invested RPGs such as Fallout are not as common as I'd want to, but, when you start looking around with such a premise in mind, you risk looking over some really hidden gems, like this RPG here, Anito: Defend a Land Enraged. The story in this game has some post apocalyptic overtones, but in any case, the level to which they are explored is nowhere near as invested as in Fallout. However, the main story can be just as rewarding, and, for a RPG, rather interesting given the lack of variety in most RPGs. The build of the game however could very well be that of classical fantasy themed RPG games, as the system is similar in this one game as well. But the flavor of the adventure stands on its own. Graphically this is a top down type deal, but the environment is very carefully constructed and thus a pleasure to roam through. Plus, you get a lot of varied side quests and a few plot twists, if you are one of those that pays attention to the story. If not, you'll simply bask in a fighting RPG, ARPG that is well done and sufficiently well produced to grant the hours spent in it.
