Run and jump platformer for children
It's clear from the get go that this is a tame, simple and cartoonish platformer game for the uninitiated. You get the basics, left to right platforms, all sort of fruits to collect and the occasional enemy to dodge. He game is thus well designed, but not too challenging. With overall good design and a relatively nice graphic build, you won't feel exhausted after a play through, though, if you're experienced in such games, you won't feel too challenged either. Baby Jo, the protagonist is a toddler who needs his milk and he also needs diaper changes constantly, so, yeah, that's your premise right there! Make sure that you get these baby amenities in time and while you're at it, make sure you collect as much as possible from the game. You will at times have to read certain set pieces of dialogue, which will clue you in as to what you have to do, but most of the time you won't need these extra pieces of info. So, for a toddler platformer for toddlers or for people that want a feel good but simple game, Baby Jo in Going Home will certainly deliver.
