Nice try
If you thought this is some kind of a horror game involving the deadliest of vampires, Dracula, you are dead wrong. This is a simple strategy game, and Dracula is here 100 percent human and a warlord that is trying to conquer back his country from a aggressive Turkish army that has taken it over. There is not much to be said about the gameplay, since it is very typical for a strategy game - build units, categorize them into swordsmen, archers and so on, build weapons such as catapults and so forth, take care of your empire management and, destroy your enemies and take back what is rightfully yours. After you've conquered back your lands, you have to defend them against further warring attempts. The game offers a pretty cool premise featuring the famous Count and could have gotten in a much cooler way, such as the Count really being an Vampire and leading an army of the undead, but instead, we have a very normal and a tad boring strategy game that uses Dracula just as a name to attract fans. Oh, well. Still, the game is no Civilization nor Warcraft, but is a solid game that should be looked at, but try not to have to high hopes.
