Action platformer with dinosaurs
Jurassic Park III: Dino Defender tasks you with the finding and retrieval of dinosaurs that have escaped their enclosures. That's pretty much the entire gist of the game. However, doing that might not be as simple and as straightforward as it sounds. That is so because the game, deep down is a nice platformer, your typical left to right bi-dimensional game. That means that, along the way, you will have to negotiate jumps, avoid or kill enemies and generally be on the lookout for anything that might come your way next. Well, the game might look as if it was intended for kids, from the outside, but, once you get to know it and progress further on, it becomes increasingly difficult. So, my critique of the game is that it might be a bit too hard for its core audience, which I would say has to be children. But at any rate, even if you are a seasoned veteran of platformers, and can get past the graphic theme, this game might prove quite interesting. Alternatively, you might want to try Hercules, the Disney game, as the feel in certain portions is the same.
