A better game than the original with simpler controls
The Leather Goddesses of Phobos series has had a very wacky plot from the beginning of the series. The game features the nominal goddesses which come from another planet, Phobos and whose intentions are not in the least peaceful. The second game is played mainly in Atom City, a location near the Nevada Area 51. From there on, the often times sexually reference ridden game starts, offering the attentive player a chance to witness so many gags and so many pop culture filled one liners. The game plays via a point and click interface making this installment much easier to control than the previous one. The game manages the very hard task of combining politic satire with pop culture references all in one go. So, if you want a game that will pick your brains with seemingly meaningless phrases, that later reveal their tongue in cheek references and gags, this is an absolute best. Rarely if ever games manage to showcase such good writing and the only similarly written game that pops to mind is the recent Telltale Sam and Max series. An underrated jewel at the time, if you want to go for a special adventure game ride, Leather Goddesses of Phobos 2 will provide it in full.
