A full pacakge hockey game
EA sports has been coming up the NHL series since long now and all of them has been a cut above each other. This is an earlier installment in the series which really exited the hockey fan because the game gave all the flavors of a fun play. Starting with the content in the game, you have around 30 NHL teams which include 20 of your favorite international giants which have been previously missing. They have added a few new features which makes the gameplay much wonderful and full of options than before. The first thing is that you have a jersey editor and a logo importer. Using the jersey editor, you can now prepare your custom teams and can also customize the names of cities and players. The graphics as always with EA sports are brilliant as they have added a lot of details to the playfield and the stadium environments which really make the whole set up thrilling for hockey lovers. You have a variety of play modes which includes career mode, quick game, season play, tournaments and playoff etc. All the modes are fully exciting and unique with their level designs and they have different levels of difficulty. So it's a good package for hockey geeks. The sequel NHL 2003 is even more exciting with improved graphics and fine gameplay.
