Puzzle game with a boardgame feel
Rings of the Magi: Grand Master Edition is a top down puzzler game, in which you are given different looking tables, and on top of them you have to arrange the rings in order of their colors. This can be done by moving them via the arrows that accompany the board. Coupling these buttons with the fact that each level has a novel arrangement of rings, along with a limited space to move around, it can be quite tricky to find the right sequence at a glance. But, without question, it's doable, if you consider your available moves and available space before you go in for the move. You will thus find that Rings of the Magi: Grand Master Edition can be a little hard, and with the later levels it can even require that you visit a proper walkthrough. It's however never difficult beyond measure, though it will test your ability to think strategically, and to make a plan ahead of choosing your moves. So, overall, Rings of the Magi: Grand Master Edition is definitely playable, looks good enough and you can set the difficulty at easy, medium or hard, giving you space to build your skills.
