Very quirky Rubik cube sim; not too playable
This 82 released game, that was never a commercial product is rather disappointing. The idea is the following, the cube's sides are delivered in 2D, but not as a cube, but as adjacent sides of the cube. This makes it hard to focus and get what sides to move and how. The idea is that you basically have to construct the cube in your mind and use the graphics only to know what and where to move. It's a bit underwhelming, and disappointing, from a player's perspective, but it sure was a project that was ambitious. Also, adding insult to injury, the game is hard to play from another point of view; the keyboard mapped controls are hard to figure out, and definitely take a while too long to get; and I don't think you're gonna be willing to invest all the time in the game. Instead, what you might like better is the idea of the game; the fact that it was achieved at all, so, for documentation purposes it sure is worth it. For fun, however, download Rubik's Games, a much more gratifying puzzler, with fully featured graphics and modern controls.
