Vampire RPG game you'll like
Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption is an role-playing game released in 2000 and was developed by Nihilistic Software. While it's very different from the Bloodlines game, Redemption is a fun little RPG game, with an interesting story and good gameplay elements. The story of the game takes place in two different time periods: in Prague during the Dark Ages and in modern day New York and London. In Redemption, you take on the roll of Christof Romuald, a French crusaders whose purpose is the serve God. In the introduction video, we see Christof being shot with an arrow and later being tended by a nun name Anezka, who the protagonist falls in love with. The story gets better from here, but it's better if you find out for yourself. The gameplay is very similar to Diablo, however it's not an isometric RPG. It's a third-person one. The way you control your character is simple and you can attack with basically the same button. The camera angle is not bad as well and holding items is well implemented, making you to make decisions of whether you want to throw away an item in order to make room for another one. The graphics of the game are quite advanced for its time, for the game including shadows which are dynamically rendered. Overall, Vampire: The Masquarade - Redemption is a good RPG game, with both good storyline and gameplay. If you ever happen to rent the game, just go ahead and rent it! It's worth your time.
