To boldly go where no man has gone before
In this simulation game, you try to do what was tried in the past - to get to the Moon and back in one piece. But get ready for complications : If you don't have the user manual by your side, you will have to take time to figure out the various controls the game has. This is a simulation game, so the game tries to stay faithful to the process of taking of, flying and eventually landing a space shuttle, but it doesn't over exaggerate about it, since the main objective is fun and fluid gameplay without too many unnecessary details and on that part they deliver. The graphics is pretty low, only 16 color and small resolution, but a version of the game with higher resolution is downloadable. The game has almost no sounds whatsoever, only small computer sounds that are high pitched and can be quite irritating after a while. So, all in all, I'll give the game a plus for the idea and gameplay and a minus for the difficult control system and lack of sound. Overall this is a pretty good flying simulation with a very nice premise, and if you want to play another similar game, try Microsoft Space Simulator.
