The PC Futbol manager for the Italian 94/95 season
If you're looking to see and experience the Italian championship of 94/95, this is the game for you. Apart from the database which is modified to contain data for the Italian teams and players, the game is the same beast as PC Futbol. You haven't heard of this soccer manager because, unfortunately it wasn't very popular. There were other managers at the time that covered the UK and the European teams that were more successful, but that doesn't diminish the quality of this particular game. PC calico and evidently PC Futbol offer a very intuitive interface to the player. The game doesn't offer you a different game logic than what other managers of the time offered, so you can expect to find the same tools of interaction, some built to allow you to buy/sell/transfer players, others to handle the training of your players and others to browse and control all the other usual soccer manager choices. Graphically the game is on par with other games of the era, so you won't have any issues there. So, if you're looking for a detailed Italian soccer manager experience this is the game for you, otherwise, you might want to test PC Futbol, as it was basically the same game with a different, larger this time, database.
