A good upgrade for the series; still no more than a budget game
Pc Futbol 3 is definitely a step forward for the series, but even so, this game still wears its budget game badge all over. Compared to Pc Futbol 2 it is still more advanced though, and more carefully produced, from all points of view, but it has no element that could redeem it as something more than just a quick game, for some occasional break or for those times when you feel like any soccer game would do. It's in 2D, isometric, and, from the last installment the camera has moves a little higher up, so that now you can see more of the playing field. The players though still move a little too mechanically, without a lot of detail and attention poured into the details of the playing field; it's not a problem though, since, for the most part, Pc Futbol 3 won't offer you an AI that can really7 cause problems. More troublesome are the way the players move and, unfortunately, the way they tackle, at times without much warning as to how a tackle will land; safely, or whether it will end in a warning. At any rate, Pc Futbol 3 can still be highly playable, enjoyable, as long as you don't ask too much of it.
