Old timey but semi-boring
In 1996, when games with live actors, full voice acting and long FMV sequences were a new fad and every game wanted to have them, seeing something so old school looking was certainly nostalgic and cool. Unfortunately, this is where the good parts of the game stop. The graphics really look pretty cool and old time-y, with a very simple inventory and user interface that reminds us of LucasArts games like Monkey Island, along with cartoonish characters that were hand-drawn. But the rest of the game is a bit boring and definitely too easy. The whole game can be finished in just a couple of hours, without putting any effort into it. The plot about time traveling is cool but typical, and not interesting enough to want to stick with the game till the end. If you have nothing better to do and are not too picky about the quality of games you play, sure, give the game a shot. If you are a person that doesn't want anything below great, miss this one out.
