A great game that offers endless destruction possibilities
Zone 66 is a 1993 action game, a classic shooter for all the fans of the genre. It's also supposed to be a flight simulator. I say "supposed to be", because those eager to control an airplane as they wish to will not use the advanced options they desire. The age is to blame and if you're looking for more complex options, check out another flight game simulator! The storyline is dramatic, as you discover your wife and daughter that killed by terrorists. You will control an aircraft in your way to revenge. The locations you are going to head at are tropical islands, where you will eliminate all enemy missile bases, planes, tanks and other threats. Your progress will unlock missions that put you in charge to find and take out the secret organization that destroyed everything you loved most. The management and control of your plane is easy, (you will enjoy the freedom of your mobility) and the map that will guide you is enormous. Zone 66 excels most from the gameplay's point of view. Your fighter-bomber has to constantly pay attention at the enemy aircrafts and artillery, defending yourself pressing the proper keys. These keys enable shooting fire missiles, the use of bomb/fly mode, firing guns, and changing bombs/fly mode. The action is continuously addictive, with endless destruction possibilities. Play this great game, despite its old age!
